Our Immigration Services

At Crestwood HR, Inc., our staff has over 28 years of combined Immigration experience. We have now processed thousands of visas for companies while functioning as their outsourced immigration department.

We serve as Immigration Consultants by overseeing, preparing and processing forms for both non-immigrant and immigrant workers and/or family members; providing a complimentary visa management system to notify the employer and foreign national of required extension of stay filings, as well as providing guidance on maintenance of DOL required public access files. Our experienced staff liaison directly between the employer / recruiter / manager and the foreign national on matters concerning the processing and filing of all non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, which includes being readily available for related questions and/or concerns from all parties. Instructions for any necessary visa stamping appearances are also a part of our service.

Our owners and staff are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice and do not attempt to represent foreign nationals or their employers in any way. Instead, we work as "support specialists", assisting foreign nationals, their employers and family members in obtaining certain routine employment and (family based Immigrant and non-immigrant visas).

It has been our experience that in most cases, our service can eliminate the use of an outside immigration attorney. While processing (literally) several hundred I-129's, I-129H's, ETA 9035's, ETA 750's, I-140's, and now the new ETA 9089 which is the new form used for Labor Certification via the Department of Labor's new PERM program for our customers since 1994, we have found that the majority of employment-based processing is routine IF:

  1. the job offered meets the appropriate non-immigrant or immigrant requirements;
  2. the candidate is verifiably qualified (by education and/or experience); and
  3. the employer is verifiably sound with adequate resources to pay the offered salary. In those cases, there should be no reason to spend additional company funds to hire an immigration attorney.

Of course, if any of those items are questionable, we always recommend that an attorney be consulted.

In addition, laws change all the time and keeping up with all those changes is a full time job! We are in a constant state of research and learning when it comes to keeping up with all the changes. The internet affords us with many resources for maintaining our edge in the knowledge of rules and regulations issued by the Department of Labor and the USCIS.

We always stay well-versed on any and all changes that affect the particular processes that we handle. We are highly accessible, well educated, and informed on the immigration process.

We also strive to keep our services affordable and can offer quantity discounts for companys that have ongoing and frequent immigration needs. Give us a call to discuss how we can be of assistance.
